Our portraits reflect you. Whether you want a traditional studio portrait or environmental portrait in your home or at an outdoor location of your choice, we provide you with portraits that last a lifetime.
Any portrait you purchase is guaranteed for workmanship. This means that, with proper care in protecting your portraits, if fading or curling occurs, bring it back and we give you a new one — free.
The following includes our studio policies. This information will help you understand our business better and should answer most of your questions.
We pride ourselves on quick turn-around times. Proofs are usually available
within 5 working days of your sitting. Reprints, without special artwork
and retouching, take about 10 working days. Please understand these are
estimates and depend upon lab and shipping delays.
We're mixing it up a little. To better help you get the images you want, we are primarily getting together with you to show you your images. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, evaluate your needs, and get your photos ordered. If after that initial review, you need more time, we can post your images to a private website. This site allows you to go through all of the images we reviewed. The location of the gallery is not given to anyone else but you, so you can send it to all the family and friends you like.
Mark Oehler retains all copyrights of the images produced. We reserve the right to use these images in any promotional material without permission. Possible promotions include, but are not limited to, studio displays, studio advertising, trade shows, and photography competitions.
Before you book your sitting, you decide the type of sitting you want.
The sitting fee is required at the time pictures are taken for standard and
senior sittings. Wedding sittings are due one month before the wedding date.
We offer three types of sittings.

If, for some reason, you need to reschedule, we ask you to advise us within 24 hours of the scheduled sitting. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of any retainer.
When you purchase any of wall image, you get an electronic copy of the same image that you can take to any photo labs for reprints (up to 5x7). Finished portraits include base artwork for removing blemishes or other unwanted features from your images to give you a display quality print. These portraits are printed on canvas and mounted on a art stretcher. To protect the images, they are sprayed to protect from dust and sunlight.

Traditional Folded Greeting Cards
These cards just like the greeting cards sent for generations...only better. Your image appears on the front of the card and your own message is included inside. The cards are roughly 4x5 inches. Need bigger cards, those are available, too. Just ask for a quote.

Families change...shouldn't your art? This is perfect for families. When you enter this program, you determine the image size that works best for you. The image comes on on a canvas stretcher and framed. Then, once a year, you can come in a get the image in the frame replaced at no additional cost beyond the sitting fee.
